Sasakasana (Rabbit Pose)
Sit in Vajarāsana, while inhaling lift both the hand upward and while bending forward exhale and stretching the hands forward. Keeping the palms down, rest the forearm on the ground. The forehead should also rest on the ground. Stay in this position for same time and again come back to Vajrasana. This practice is called as sasakāsana (Rabbit Pose).
