Protein-Rich Ayurvedic Drink Recipe
Material
Roasted chickpea flour or chana sattu – 1 tablespoon
Moringa powder – ¼ tsp
Bael/Bilva powder – ¼ teaspoon
Curry leaves powder – ¼ teaspoon
Giloy, Amla, Arjun and dry ginger – 1/4 teaspoon (mixture of all things)
Cumin, rock salt, cardamom, jaggery and coriander powder – half teaspoon (mixture of all things)
Dry mint leaves – 3
Method to make the drink
In a bowl, add a mixture of chana sattu(roasted chickpea flour), moringa, bilva, curry leaves, giloy, amla, arjuna, dry ginger, cumin seeds, rock salt, cardamom, jaggery, coriander powder, mint leaves.
Now add 1 glass of water into it and mix it well.
Your tasty and healthy energy drink is ready, drink it one sip at a time.
Keep these things in mind
If you want to consume this healthy drink to lose weight, then add the juice of half a lemon to it.
If you want to increase your weight then add 2 crushed dates and 1 crushed fig to this drink.
You can also use this powder mixture for cooking purposes like making roti, cheela, kadhi, laddu etc.
