1 cup milk (cow milk or coconut milk) | 1/2 tsp turmeric powder | 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder (optional) |
1 pinch black pepper powder | 1 tsp ghee or honey (optional) |

Heat milk in a vessel
Step 2
Add turmeric, cinnamon and black pepper to it
Step 3
Heat on low flame for 5-7 minutes
Step 4
Switch off the gas and add ghee or honey (if desired to sweeten it)..
Step 5
Serve hot. It is very good for curing cold and boosting immunity
