1 small size broccoli | 10-12 soaked almonds | 1 tsp ginger |
1 tbsp olive oil | Black pepper powder, garam masala, salt to taste | 1 tablespoon fresh cream |
1-1.5 cups of water |
Step 1
First of all, clean the broccoli and wash it well and boil it for 3-4 minutes by adding water and take it out. (Do not throw away the water, use it in soup.)
Step 2
Peel the almonds. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger and almonds. Now add the boiled broccoli and sauté for 1 minute.
Step 3
Now add the broccoli water and boil it for 5-7 minutes and when it cools down, grind it in a mixer. (If you want, you can strain it and use it, I have used it like this only)
Take it out in a pan and boil it and add black pepper powder, garam masala and salt and mix.
Step 4
Finally add fresh cream and turn off the flame.
Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with some fresh cream and green coriander and serve.
