Practice tribandha (Mulabandha, Uddiyanabandha and Jalandharabandha) after exhalation and hold the breath outside as per one’s capacity. When the desire of inhaling becomes dominant, then slowly inhale after removing the bandhas. Do not hold the inhaled breath and practice the breathing pattern again.
