There are some principles in Ayurveda for living a healthy life. If these principles are followed completely, a person can remain healthy.

Sleeping early at night and waking up early in the morning (before sunrise) is good for health.

After waking up in the morning, meditating or remembering Ishtadev (favorite deity) for some time (10-15 minutes) brings happiness and peace in life

While eating, the mind should be completely calm and happy. In the whole day, a person should keep at least the time of eating reserved for himself.

Eating curd at night and sleeping during daytime (in all seasons except summer) is harmful for health.

Obesity and thinness, both are undesirable, but obesity is more painful because it is the root cause of many diseases, so be careful of it.

By applying pure mustard oil on the toes of both feet before taking bath, the eyesight does not weaken till old age. Walk barefoot on green grass in the morning, this improves eyesight. Massage the whole body with sesame or mustard oil once a week and also massage the toes and toes.

Food should always be taken on time. Eating without digesting the previous meal is harmful for health. This is the golden rule of Ayurveda that one should eat in moderation only when hungry, otherwise one should fast for a time.

Exercising is very important for health, so it should be an essential part of the daily routine, but exercising or working beyond your physical strength is very harmful.

Disease should never be considered small. If not taken care of, even a normal disease can take a serious form.

After waking up in the morning, drink 1-2 glasses of lukewarm water. Mixing half a teaspoon of lemon juice and one teaspoon of honey in lukewarm water and drinking it is very beneficial. Never drink tea or coffee on an empty stomach in the morning.

In the morning, fill your mouth with water and splash cold water in your eyes. Cleaning the palate in your mouth with your thumb prevents eye, ear, nose and throat diseases.

During menstruation, the body becomes delicate (sensitive) and various types of germs are present in the body. Therefore, keeping in mind excessive labor, heavy work and untouchability, cooking food etc. and sleeping on a very soft bed etc. is prohibited at that time. If this is not done, there is a possibility of the origin of many diseases.
