Crispy Herb-Infused Dosa: A Wholesome Ayurvedic Treat

Herb-Infused Pancakes (dosa)
Ingredients
– 1 cup flour – any type such as rice, wheat, millet, mung, chickpea etc. Use more rice flour (1/2) to Keep from sticking; add half cup semolina (optional).Salt to tasteblack pepper (optional)
Coriander leaves or curry leaves as per your  taste½ tsp cumin powder½ tsp coriander powder
chopped green chillito taste.½ cup grated vegetables – carrot, cucumber, potato, cauliflower etc½ tsp grated ginger
1 cup water
Recipe Step By Step

Mix all the ingredients together
Step 2
Add water and mix well to make a smooth batter. Add more water if necessary.
Step 3
Heat the pan and add oil. Spread the oil evenly over the pan; sprinkle a few drops of water on the pan to make your dosa crispy.
Step 4
Take a ladleful of batter and pour it onto the pan. Make 3 or 4 pancakes at a time, spreading 1 tablespoon of oil around each.
Step 5
Cook for 1-2 minutes or until browned, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. Remove from heat
Step 6
Before making another batch, coat the pan with oil again for the next round
