Mandukasana (Frog Pose)-1
Technique: Sitting in Vajrasana closing the fists of both the hands (while clinching the fists press the thumb inside with the fingers), while pressing the naval with both the fists, exhale and bend forward, keep looking straight. Stay in this position for same time and then came back to vajrasana posture. Repeat this position 3-5 times. This practice is called as manḍūkāsana (Frog Pose)-1.
Mandukasana (Frog Pose)-2
Siting in Vajrasana, place the right palm over the left palm and after keeping them on the navel press the abdomen inwards and while exhaling bend forwards like in Mandukasana (1) is called as Mandukāsana (Frog Pose)-2. Repeat it 3-4 times.
